Orchard Lahore Prices & Payment Plans:
You can pay your property prices in 30 months, and the
management of AL–Noor Orchard is offering another offer of 6 half-yearly
installments. The price of a residential plot per Marla is Rs. 55,000, while
the price of a commercial plot per square foot is Rs. 12,500.
Payment Plan for 1 & 2 Kanal Plots: The total price for
a 1 Kanal plot is Rs. 75,00,000, including development charges, and is
available on a 5-year easy installment plan. The booking fee is Rs. 800,000
payable at the time of booking. For a 5-year payment plan, there will be 50
monthly installments of Rs. 45000, totaling Rs. 22,50,000.
Every six months, you must submit a Rs. 255,000 installment,
for a total of ten installments over the course of five years. After a year,
there will be a ballot in which you will be required to submit Rs. 9,50,000 and
thus the plot number will be assigned.
The property will be transferred to you after 2.5 years,
when you have paid nearly 25 installments.
